How to service the A/C Switch (heater control) on 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 Van?

To service the A/C heater control, raise the air bag system by disconnecting the battery negative cable. Remove the engine cover, unplug the vacuum harness connector and remove the heater-A/C control screws. After connecting to the connections, unplug and remove the control. Reinstall by reversing the steps.
