First, apply your screwdriver to the sleeve on the mounting bolt isolator to pry it free and then pry the mounting bolt isolator bushing off the rack and pinion mounting bracket. When installing, oil the new mounting bolt isolator bushing with Mopar Silicone Spray Lube or another equivalent, then put the bushing into the bottom of the rack and pinion mounting bracket. Afterward, push the mounting bolt isolator bushing sleeve into the bushing by hand.
