2002 Chrysler 300M Oil Cooler Parts and Q&A

  • Q: How to Service an Oil Cooler Alongside the Radiator on 2002 Chrysler 300M?
A: Before servicing, you need to unconnect cooler lines at two places, on the radiator and in the pressure control valve and oil pan area. Following this, separate the lines linked to the support retainer and isolator and then remove all lines. The pressure control valve needs to have its oil pressure switch connector taken out, then follow by disconnecting the cooler supply line for the valve. Always end by unscrewing the fitting that holds the valve in the engine block to remove the valve.
