2002 Chrysler Sebring Coolant Reservoir Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Service the Coolant Reservoir for a 2.7L Engine on 2002 Chrysler Sebring?
A: Drain the coolant below the level of the coolant pressure container (part number 2.7L) off first, before addressing other steps. After that, unscrew the power steering reservoir and the air conditioning receiver/dryer by taking out their attaching screws. Loosen the washer hose from the top of the bottle and unplug the other end of the hose from the coolant outlet connector to the bottle. Loose the pressure attaching screws and then position the container so the hose is no longer connecting before removing the pressure container. Start by screwing the heater hose onto the coolant pressure container and then place the container where it needs to be, attaching it by screws as directed. Attach the glass bottle to the side of your coolant pressure box and insert the hose from the washer into the box's groove. After that, put in the air conditioning receiver/dryer screw and the power steering reservoir screw and make sure the cooling system is full.
