How to Maintain an Evaporator for Optimal Performance on 2002 Chrysler Sebring?

To service the A/C evaporator, remove the negative battery cable and the HVAC housing. Disconnect the recirculation motor, remove the evaporator seal and disconnect the housing. Lift out the evaporator and re-innect it using the temperature sensor and seals, and re-attach the housing to the car.
