How to Remove and Install a Canister Purge Valve on 2002 Dodge Durango?

To clear the duty cycle EVAP canister purge valve at the engine's left-rear, first cut off the wiring and vacuum harnesses at the valve. Once you have moved the bracket up, remove both mounting nuts on it and take out the valve and its support bracket from the engine bay. Install the EVAP canister purge valve and its bracket, add the mounting nuts and tighten them to 8 Nm (75 in. lbs.) Just before reconnecting the vacuum harness and wiring connector.
