How to Remove and Install a Canister Purge Valve on 2003 Dodge Durango?

The duty cycle valve located at the left-rear near the power brake vacuum unit must be taken out by unplugging the electrical wire and the vacuum connection at the valve. After that, loosen and pull off the two bolts at the support bracket mount. When these are off, remove the entire valve and bracket from the vehicle. When you install the EVAP canister purge valve, align it and its bracket, add the mounting nuts and tighten them to 8 N.m (75 in. lbs.) before plugging in the vacuum and wiring connector.
