How to Perform a Seat Switch for the Driver's Seat on 2002 Dodge Ram 1500?

To change the driver seat switch - Disconnect the battery negative cable. Remove the seat cushion side shield and get into the switch connector. Unplug the connector and extract the switch screws. Install the new switch, reconnect the electrical connector, and install the side shield again. Finally, connect the battery cable back on.
