How to service and repair the Brake Proportioning Valve (combination valve) on 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 Van?

To service the brake proportioning/combination valve, remove the left turn signal housing and extension panel. Disconnect the horn connector, access cover & the washer reservoir. Remove brake lines and the valve. Reinstall valve, brake lines and washer reservoir, and re-connect components and bleed the brake system.
