How to Service and Repair a Blower Motor on 2002 Dodge Stratus?

In order to service the blower motor, loosen the negative battery cable negative, and replace the bottom right silencer panel. Take the motor out of the blower by disconnecting the blower motor connector, removing the three mounting screws and removing the motor. To install, repeat the process and fasten the motor and reconnect wiring harness.
