How to Service and Repair a Harmonic Balancer and Crankshaft Pulley on 2003 Chrysler Concorde?

To service the harmonic balancer and crankshaft pulley, remove the upper radiator crossmember, radiator fan and accessory drive belts. Use Special Tool 8191 for removing the damper center bolt and to make sure that the A/C belt tensioner is clear. Install using Special Tools damper and make it secure, then reinstall components.
