How Are Pistons and Connecting Rods Removed and Installed in an Engine on 2003 Chrysler Concorde?

To remove pistons and connecting rods, use a ridge reamer on the cylinder bores and make marks of rod positions. Remove cap, put guides in and carefully extract assemblies. For installation, staggered piston rings gaps, lubrication of components and proper alignment. Tighten bolts in the rods to 27 Nm + 1/4 turn.
