How to Maintain the Exhaust Pipe in Your System on 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

In order to service the intermediate pipe of the exhaust system, jack up the vehicle and spray penetrating oil to the band clamp fastener. Take off the muffler, undo the band clamp and take off the intervening pipe. Wipe the parts off, and clamp them and fit 47 Nm tight without overfit.
