How to Remove and Install Car Speakers in Different Cab Configurations on 2003 Dodge Dakota?

In some doors, the installer needs to disconnect the negative cable of the battery, trim panels, and unscrew the speakers to install and remove the speakers. Install the reconnect wire harnesses, install the speakers, screw them in to a given torque, re-install the trim panels and be able to reconnect the battery. Repeat with front, rear and cab side speakers.
