How to Service and Repair a Harmonic Balancer on 2003 Dodge Dakota?

To service the harmonic balancer, disconnect the battery, remove the fan and accessory belt and then the vibration damper pulley. Use Puller Tool Set C-3688 to remove and install the vibration damper. Tighten the crankshaft bolt (244 Nm), reinstall the pulley and reconnect battery.
