How to Service a Coolant Temperature Sensor on 2003 Dodge Intrepid?

To service the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor disconnect the negative cable and make sure the engine is cold. Remove sensor then install with a torque of 28 Nm (20 ft. lbs.). Finally, reconnect the electrical connector and the negative cable.
