How to Maintain Your Air Filter for Optimal Performance on 2003 Dodge Neon?

Before servicing the air filter, first remove the box lid's 5 screws and lift off the lid of the air cleaner box. Next, lift the air filter up out of the air cleaner box. To reinstall, set the air filter onto the throttle body until the filter moves forward beyond the lip formed in the air cleaner box's bottom. And lastly, put the lid back in place and tighten all the screws.
