How to Service a Rocker Arm Assembly on 2003 Dodge Neon?

In order to service the rocker arm assembly, take out the rocker arm shafts and cylinder head cover. Keep spacers and peel off the rocker arms. Definite oil holes, place the crankshaft, grease the parts and install them accordingly. Tighten the bolts up to 28 Nm and put the cylinder head cover back.
