How to Replace and Service a Wiper Blade on 2003 Dodge Neon?

Before swapping the wiper blade, lift the wiper arm up and keep it there. To take out the blade assembly, push down on the release tab at the lower part of the arm tip, then lift the blade up and away from the arm's tip. Lightly touch the wiper arm onto the window glass. For installation, bend the wiper arm so the tip comes off the windshield and towards its over center position. The blade assembly should be fitted onto the arm by moving the blade towards the end of the arm. After that, lower the wiper arm to the window and examine the shape made by the blade.
