How to Replace a Wiper Blade Element on 2002 Dodge Neon?

When changing the wiper blade element, raise the arm to lift the blade off the window. Simply push on the release button below the lower arm point, remove the blade and then gently touch the wiping edge of the arm on the glass. Then, pull the stopper as well as the vertebrae which attach the rubber to the blade assembly, out of the end claw. Set the wiping element into the blade assembly by pushing down at the end of the assembly with the clamp pressed together with the vertebrae. Pull the blade assembly over the arm tip, slide the wiper arm tip onto the glass and close the final claw snug in the stopper to install the arm.
