How to Remove and Install a Timing Cover on 2003 Dodge Ram 1500?

To remove the timing belt/chain cover, disconnect the battery, drain the cooling system and remove the electric fan and shroud. Remove hoses, tensioner, crankshaft damper, generator and A/C compressor. Use Mopar Engine RTV sealant for installation and reassemble parts and refill the cooling system.
