How to remove and install the Intake Manifold Temperature Sensor on 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Van?

The Intake Manifold Temperature (IMT) is fitted on the intake manifold. With 5.2L/5.9L V-8 engines it can be reached without taking off the engine cover or air cleaner. In the case of 3.9L V-6 engines, both of them have to be taken off. Once the battery is disconnected, reconnect and follow the installation instructions and reconnect.
