How to service the right Door Latch Assembly of the dual cargo doors on 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 Van?

Before servicing the right latch of the dual cargo doors, open the right cargo door and take out the trim panel from the right door. Separate each latch rod from the latch: the outside handle latch rod, key lock cylinder latch rod, inside handle latch rod and lock knob latch rod. After that, unscrew the door latch screws on the back side panel and remove the door latch. For installation, pass the door latch through the hole in the inner panel, place it at the door hinge side and connect the rods as they were originally. Install the latch screws inside the door, but make sure they're tightened to 11 N.m (95 in. lbs.) torque. After the latch works properly, ensure to install the door trim panel once more.
