How to Service and Repair a Front Shock Absorber on 2003 Jeep Wrangler?

To change the front shock absorber, unscrew the nut, retainer and grommet of the upper stud and loosen the bottom nuts and bolts. To install it, place the lower retainer and grommet, install the shock absorber, and install the lower bolts to a load of 28 Nm and the upper components and tighten the nut to 23 Nm.
