How to Service and Repair a Right Engine Mount on 2004 Chrysler 300M?

Raise the vehicle with a hoist, then remove the isolator attaching nuts above the mounting bracket. Jack up the car and place a block of wood or similar support across the whole width of the oil pan. After that, take out the nuts from the bottom of the isolator to the frame. Make sure the engine is lifting off the jack just enough to detach the isolator with the heat shield from its bracket. Start by placing the heat shield with the isolator mount along the frame and then rest the engine on the mount. After you have removed the jack, fix the isolator to frame nuts at 61 Nm (45 ft. lbs.) and link the upper attaching nuts on the mount. Secure them as well at the same measurement. Let the vehicle down to ground level last.
