2004 Chrysler Concorde Engine Mount Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Service and Repair the Right Engine Mount on 2004 Chrysler Concorde?
A: You should begin by lifting the car on a hoist and taking off the nuts from the top of the isolator attaching to the mount. After you have raised the car and placed a block of wood across the whole oil pan, undo the nuts connecting the isolator to the frame. Raise only the engine with the jack until you can easily remove the isolator with its heat shield from its mount. To install, place the mount with the heat shield onto the seat post and bring the crank assembly down to sit on the isolator mount. When the jack is gone, tighten the isolator to frame bolts to 61 Nm (45 ft. lbs.) and put the upper bolts on the mount, also tightening them to 61 Nm (45 ft. lbs.). Lower the vehicle as the last step.
