Removing a cylinder head is needed to service the exhaust and intake valves, a valve spring compressor is necessary to unscrew the springs and collets. Checking and cleaning the valves, changing those damaged. Install the lubricated seal valves once more, and re-assemble the springs and collets and fit the cylinder head back.
