• Q: How to Address Issues with the Washer Reservoir on a 2004 Chrysler Crossfire?

  A: Disconnect the negative battery cable first when you are preparing to replace the windshield washer reservoir. Disconnect the rear part of the right front inner fender liner, followed by removing the washer fluid filler tube from its reservoir. Then, unscrew the washer reservoir bolt and pull the reservoir forward to take out the rubber grommets. Pull plugs from the washer pump motor (harness connector) (3), as well as the washer fluid level switch (harness connector) and also unplug the washer pump motor supply hose from the washer pump motor. When the washer reservoir is removed from behind the right front wheel, join the washer fluid level switch connector to its harness, then attach the washer pump motor harness connector and install the washer pump motor supply hose. Set the washer reservoir behind the wheel on the right front and line up its rubber grommets with the slots in the engine. Fasten the reservoir to the engine with the washer reservoir bolt (2).
