How to Service a Door Latch Assembly on 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

In order to service the rear door latch, one removes the door trim panel and lifts up the glass. Unscrew screws that hold the latch. Disconnect linkage rods. Install the new latch, re-connect the rods, and re-fit the trim panel and make sure that the latch is adjusted before closing the door to avoid breaking.
