To service the passenger heated seat switch, isolate the negative battery cable remote terminal from the remote battery post at first. After that, get rid of the side shield that matches the seat cushion. Slide the switch backwards and forwards from under as you lift it to break its attachment from the area above. When setting up, position the switch by swinging it gently to lock it in the chosen spot and then fit the matching seat cushion side shield back on top. In the end, secure the remote negative battery cable.
