How to Service an Air Bag Control Module for Side Impact on 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

To service the Side Impact air bag Control Module disconnect the battery, remove the lower seat trim, and disconnect the air bag connector. Remove the B-pillar trim at the bottom of the vehicle and seat belt retractor. Change the Siacm without taking it out of the bracket, reinstall parts and check the operation of the system before reconnecting the battery.
