Afterwards, take out the hose from the A/C condenser and from the A/C compressor and cap both ends with plastic caps to keep moisture away when the system is open. When attaching the discharge line to the compressor, use refrigerant oil to grease the new O-rings, insert the line with an O-ring and tighten the bolt to a value of 22.5 Nm (199 in. lbs.). Mount the discharge line onto the condenser with the use of an O-ring and tighten the nut to 22.5 Nm (199 in. lbs.), connect the pressure transducer wiring harness, evacuate the A/C system and top up the refrigerant in the system.
