In order to fix the throttle body, disconnect the negative cable of the battery and take away the air plenum. Unattach throttle and speed control cables, disconnect electrical connectors and support bracket. Unbolster throttle body, clean surface and reattach, torquing to required value. Refreeze parts and replace the battery.
