How to Maintain and Fix an Antenna on 2004 Dodge Neon?

To fix the antenna remove the negative battery cable and take off the antenna mast. Take out the antenna lead in the instrument panel, and unscrew the inner fender shield. Connect the new base and cable of the antenna, tighten cap nut, reconnecting the cable and initially replacing the components and then lastly connecting the battery.
