How to Service and Repair a Dimmer Switch on 2004 Dodge Neon?

In order to fix the combination switch, un-hook the negative battery cable and pull off the shrouds of the steering column. Unplug the harness connectors and take out the multi-function switch. Should replace, change flasher and wiperswitch. Install the switch again, screws, harnesses and battery connection.
