To service the rear crankshaft oil seal, remove the transaxle and flex plate. Use a screwdriver to pry out the seal without damaging the surface of the crankshaft. Clean out any burrs and then fit the new seal using Special Tools 6926-1 and 6926-2 and make sure of proper orientation. Reinstall the flex-plate and transaxle.
