How to Service a Cruise Control Switch on 2004 Dodge Neon?

In order to service the cruise control switch, disconnect the negative battery cable and take off air cleaner lid, air temperature sensor and makeup air hose. Take off the switch screws of the speed control, disconnect the electrical connector and switch. Install back parts and reconnect the battery.
