How to Maintain and Fix a Throttle Cable on 2004 Dodge Neon?

To service the throttle cable, remove the throttle cable cover and unhook the cable from the throttle body. Inside, hold up the throttle pedal to take away the cable retainer. Install the grommet into the dash panel and push the cable housing in and reassemble the parts.
