How to Maintain and Fix a Throttle Cable on 2003 Dodge Neon?

In order to repair the throttle cable, let go of the throttle cable cover and pull out the throttle cable out of the throttle body. On the inside, press the throttle pedal high to take off the cable retainer. Unplug the cable at the dash and re-plug it following the reverse steps and fixing all pieces.
