When the A/C evaporator is replaced, you should add 60 milliliters (2 fluid ounces) of refrigerant oil to the household refrigerant system. After that, carefully place the A/C evaporator into the HVAC housing, clean the drain channel and attach the deflector shield. Fix the temperature sensor back into the evaporator and after that, install the housing.
