2004 Dodge Ram 3500 Brake Disc Parts and Q&A

  • Q: How to Service and Repair a Brake Disc on Single Rear Wheels on 2004 Dodge Ram 3500?
A: For brake disc repair on single-rear wheels, raise and support the vehicle before removing the wheel and tire exhaustedly. After that, take away the disc brake caliper and caliper adapter bolts, then remove the retaining clips and the rotor assembly. Initially, place the rotor on the engine's axle shaft and after that, connect the caliper adapter. Tighten the bolts of the caliper adapter to a torque of 135 Nm (100 ft. lbs.) and then add the disc brake caliper. After everything is settled, put the wheel and tire back in place and then lower the vehicle.
