How to Service and Repair a Rear Brake Line on 2004 Dodge Ram 3500?

Before servicing the rear brake lines, place a prop rod on the brake pedal and lift and support the car. Remove the brake line at the axle, then unbolt the mount at the axle for the brake hose and finally, take out the banjo bolt on the caliper to unhook the hose. Initially install the brake hose, connect the banjo bolt at the caliper and secure the bracket bolt for the hose at the axle and finally reattach the brake line at the axle. After that, park the vehicle so it's lower than it was before, unhook the support, remove the prop rod and run the brake system to ensure it works right.
