To service the timing belt, disconnect the battery, raise the car and remove the right front wheel and splash shield. Remove different components and then align the crankshaft with the loosen the tensioner to take out the belt. Clean sprockets and place the new belt and make sure all parts are aligned correctly and then reassemble.
