How to Maintain the Lower Grille on 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

First, remove the front fascia and place it in a workbench in order to be able to service the lower grille. Next, remove the grille by taking out the nuts secures the grille from the front fascia. If possible, use a small flat blade tool to remove the retaining tabs and detach the chrome strips from the grille. Installation, If chrome strips were removed, re install them back onto the grille, so that the retaining tabs are fully engaged. Put the grille onto the back side of the front fascia and them install the nuts which hold the grille to the fascia using a wrench and tighten them well before reinstalling the front fascia.
