How to Maintain Your Seat Heater on 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

In order to service the seat heater, remove the negative battery cable and the seat trim cover. Cut the wires of the bad heating element then fit the new element over the old one. Reinstallate the battery, ensure that it is working, and place the trim cover back on, making sure that all wires are properly routed.
