How to Maintain a Windshield Washer Nozzle on 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

You can access the windshield washer spray nozzle by opening the hood and taking out the underhood, rear hood silencer pad fasteners. Detach the hose from the plastic washer nozzle on the front and let down the hood. Slide the body filler spreader or its equivalent tool under the washer nozzle without pressing down on the seal beneath. Move the nozzle back and forth a little to take it out from the hood panel. Snap the nozzle into the hood opening with the hood closed, then lift the hood to make sure it works properly. Attach the preset part of the hose to the bottom of the washer nozzle and check that the system works properly and no water leaks by activating the front washer system switch. Put on the underhood, rear hood silencer pad fasteners, close the hood and check that the system is working properly.
