First, turn the wipers on so you know the wiper module is parked and then place the new wiper arm so the blade tip is at the park line on the windshield while slightly below the vertical park tolerance Indian line next to the window defogger. Following that, attach the arm to the pivot so it lines up with the tick mark, fasten it with the wiper arm retaining nut and tighten it to 18 - 20 Nm (160 - 175 in. lbs.). Next, attach the tidy cap onto the wiper arm nut and turn on the system to ensure it works.
