How to Service and Repair a Transmission Speed Sensor for Input on 2005 Chrysler Town & Country?

Before servicing or repairing the Transmission Speed Sensor, remove the negative battery cable first. After that, pull off its connector and undo the screws to uninstall the input speed sensor. Visually check the speed sensor o-ring and get a new o-ring if the current one is worn out. The sensor should be mounted with the o-ring in the right place and then be attached and fastened at a tightness of 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.). Following that, plug back in the speed sensor connector and lastly secure the battery negative cable.
