  • Q: How Does a Knock Sensor Function and Require Servicing on 2005 Dodge Magnum?
    A: In order to service the knock sensor, unhook the negative battery cable. To get access to the sensor, remove the intake manifold and passenger side cylinder head. Unplug the electrical connector and remove it with the crows foot socket. Installation of the new sensor tighten to 10 N.m, and re-connect.
