How to Maintain a Rear Door Handle on 2005 Dodge Ram 1500?

Before handling the rear exterior door handle, get rid of the front glass run channel. Following that, remove the actuator rod from the exterior door handle. Then, take out the nuts that hold the door handle to the door and then remove the handle. To attach the handle from the outside, place it in the door and fix the two nuts, tightening both to 10 N.m (89 in.lbs.). Attach the actuator rod to the exterior handle after that and fit the front glass channel back into its place.
